First they came for the crack users; but I said nothing. I was not a crack user. Then they came for the heroin users. But I said nothing - I was not a heroin user. Then they came for the cannabis growers. But I said nothing - I was not a cannabis grower. Then they came for the Antisocial Youth. But I said nothing - I was not young or antisocial. Then they came for me.
And there was no-one to speak out for me.

What's in the Site?

News: This section is in three parts. The Drug News section provides commentary on important developments in the field, including legal, policy or practice changes.

The BRIEFINGS section lists new publications that have been published by Government, academics or anyone else

KFx News contains updates relating to the KFx Project.

Training: This section details all the important aspects of KFx training, including courses, outlines, fees and calendar to check if dates are free.

Resources: A collection of free downloads on a variety of subjects; included here are some key documents such as the "Sample Drugs Policy," the new "Cannabis Resource Pack" and "On Storage."

Media: Relevant news stories collated on a national and regional basis. This section is no longer updated.

Consultancy: Information about consultancy services available from KFx.

Drug Facts: A free collection of DrugFact sheets for anyone who will find them useful.

Section 8: A new area of the website, bringing together news, views and resources about Section 8 and its pesky amendment. - this now includes the new Power to Close Premises.

Bulletins: Another new section where workers can post information that they think that the field should know urgently. So dodgy pills, strong gear, new slang - it will be here as soon as people start writing in.

Anti-Social: Anti-social behaviour orders are being used across the country with increasing vigour. People are being thrown out of their houses with nowhere to go; streets are being purged of 'undesirables' by these unfettered powers. This section will monitor the use and abuse of these new powers.

Innovation: Doing some good work? Want to share it with a wider audience. Never been asked to write for Druglink? Then post it in the Innovations section and share your wisdom with a wider audience. From a single piece of casework to an entire project, if it's been a success we want to know what, how and why...

Links: A list of some of the great and good organisations out there. If you want to be included please send details to KFx. If you want to link to KFx that would be nice too.

Contact: Who we are and where we are.

Images: (under construction): A handful of drug-related images from the walls of the world. More coming soon..
